Find out all about Louise...

Who am I?

Hello! My name is Louise and I am here to help you find your true, authentic self.

I was born in England at the start of the ’70s and have lived in New Zealand for over half of those years. A teacher by trade, I moved to the beautiful South Island of New Zealand to be a nanny for six months. Here I met my wonderful husband and the rest is history. We have three beautiful girls, 15,18 and 21. Our home is often likened to Piccadilly Circus and we have a constant revolving door, which I love.

We share this crazy space with our two cute dogs, our puppy Beau and our wee girl Bel. I am an avid gardener and am often found in a flower bed with my head down and bum up. I love walking our fur babies, but my biggest achievement right now is my dedication to the gym. After major surgery, I decided it was time to reconnect with my fitness and I am proud to say that for a solid eight months I have been going three times a week. The best thing is I actually enjoy it and I have stuck with it.

I walk my talk – the only true way to be authentic is to live a holistic lifestyle and practice what you preach. I am now able to put myself first and I can say no with confidence.

My journey has led me to this point in my life, with all of its ups and downs. I now want to empower others and to show you that you can be heard, you can be seen and you can achieve your goals.

What do I do?

I’m a life coach. I help people to move forward in their lives.

We all have times when we feel stuck and unable to make progress. We are waiting for something we think we need: to be richer, thinner, fitter, prettier, cleverer, happier, funnier, younger, older, and so on.

But what if you were to get out of your own way, stop making excuses and get on with setting and achieving your goals?

What led me to be a life coach?

I provide the exact service that I was looking for as I struggled through my formative years. I needed someone like me to coach myself and now I can, as well as make a difference for others.

My background as an educator, daughter, sister, traveller, wife, mother, colleague and friend enables me to empower and guide my clients towards finding their authentic self.

I hold space for people. I am an effective and compassionate listener and I am passionate about helping others. It is my job to guide my clients towards realising their goals and making them come alive. With love and respect, I steer each unique and beautiful individual towards finding their true selves.

By allowing the client the space and the freedom to open up and trust the process, they become empowered and at one with themselves. Their future becomes clearer and their way ahead is achievable.
